Yvonne Foong has been raising funds for the operations she needs to treat her neurofibromatosis which causes tumours to grow inside her body.


Yvonne had already lost her hearing and communicated through writing on a small white board. But now she's losing her eyesight and needs another operation again. The operation is due in December and once again she needs to raise funds for it. The cost of the surgery is USD44,000 (RM154,770) and the cost of her hospital stay for two weeks is USD915 or RM3219.


She has already raised RM10,000 of this but obviously still has a long way to go. She's hoping to raise the rest by republishing her book I'm Not Sick, Just A Little Bit Unwell in English and Chinese.The books are now available in Malaysian bookshops and from her website store. She is also selling T-shirts at bazaars and via her web site store. You can read about her surgery and donate to her fund here.

Gotta live like we're dying

Baked chocolate chips cookies yesterday. :)

Half way through, found out that I ran out of eggs. lol?

Went to mini market to get some and continue baking while listening to Hitz fm.

First batch of the cookies were burnt, so, yeah.

The others were all right except its a little bit too hard. Hehe.

Gerak gempur ended and the Raya holidays are coming.

Better buckle up during this break. PMR is in less than a month O_O

What in the world is polyvore?

Its kinda like putting many things together to create a creation.

Its more likely to be used for fashion. :)

The day it all begun.

What's so important about this day??

Well, its not that of a important day.

Its my blog's 1st anniversary!! :)

Just 4 days after Chace C's b'day. hehehe..

Been studying the crap out of me these few days.

Sometimes I feel tense, sometimes I feel relax.

I'm gonna face mental breakdown anytime soon if this continues. xD

School was well, as usual, boring.

But there are some funny things that does make you think,

'Hey, maybe today ain't that bad after all.' haha.

I expected today to be kind of a boring day but it turned out to be quite okay.

Except that it was so darn hot during science.

BangBangPop. I swear I heard 'Pock' but Shuu's blog said so, so yeah. xD

Tequila shot and all those alcohols. Boy is Siew Ho & Jeremy alcohol freaks. haha.

The weirdest and most random lecture(sort of) of the day:

En.Siva talking about teenage sex and 'gila sex' during bacaan. Haha! xD
